The 1Mb error message is caused by trying to launch the game from the disk.

First, be sure that you are installing to the Application folder or the hard drive.

Install steps:
-Insert the disk to your computer.
-Double click the icon that appears on your desktop, to open the disk in a new window.
-Drag the ENTIRE game folder to your Applications folder, this will start the install process.
-Launch game from your Applications folder

The game will not work if you try to run it from the disk directly.
