SYMPTOMS:
When I enter in my serial number I get a "invalid serial number" message.

RESOLUTION:
The serial number is located on a white sticker on the back of the CD case. This number should be five sets of five characters separated by dashes. If you have an incomplete or missing serial number, or are experiencing any other type of serial number issue, call our support line at 1-512-708-8100 so we can remedy the problem for you.
