This is an official update for Sid Meier's Civilization IV. This patch will update any current version of the game to 1.74. This patch is intended to bring the Mac version up to date with the PC version of the game offering a variety of fixes.

You do not need this patch if you purchased the game from Steam or the App Store. Do not apply this patch to the Gold Edition retail disk release as both Civilization IV and Warlords are already patched.
