This patch fixes many issues, in addition to adding some new features.
Known Issues:
The Itinerant Preacher Invite tooltip is incorrect. It will say "Invite Not Possible" when in fact you can invite him.
Building Universities when an inventor is visiting your city MAY cause a negative research score. If this happens, go back to an earlier save game and do not build the University while the Inventor is present.
Guests of Honor can only be invited after the research of the City Key.
Older save games will not work properly with the new patch, as it adds new game features that were not present in the earlier versions of the game.

NOTE
This public patch is not compatible with the Digital Download(Direct2Drive, Steam) version of the game. We are working with the online distributor to get a downloadable update that will bring this version of the game up to date with our retail version.
