Install Guitar Hero III on a Mac with the OS in French, the Input Language
in French, and with a French keyboard. Attempt to go online and create a
user name and password or enter a serial number using the letter “M”.

Solution
|
A user name and password can still be entered if the input language is set
to “American”. The standard Mac English keyboard setup can be seen here:
http://www.apple.com/keyboard/. After the Account creation is complete,
choose to auto-login from now on. Exit the game and restore the input
language to “French”. The game should function normally and log in without
trouble. If a prompted login is preferred, create a password without the “M”
key. The game will save the profile name and only prompt for the password.
