>observer_, the cyberpunk horror game from Bloober Team, has launched on Steam, PS4 and Xbox One! But before you begin to hack into people’s minds and experience what it really means to relive their greatest fears, get caught up with some important details.

Q: What are the Steam technical requirements?

A: Your machine needs to meet ALL of the minimum system requirements below in order to maximize your >observer_ experience.


  • Operating System: Windows 7
  • CPU Processor: Intel Core i3 (3.4 GHz) / AMD A8-6700 (3.1 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Hard Disk Space: 10 GB available space
  • Video Card (ATI): R9 270
  • Video Card (NVIDIA): GeForce 660
  • Video Memory (VRam): 2 GB
  • Peripherals: Keyboard and Mouse


NOTE: Intel GPUs are not supported.


Q: Will >observer_ feature any third party controller support on Steam?

A: Yes, >observer_ will support the following list of third party controllers:

Microsoft® Xbox 360 Controller for Windows® (Wired), Microsoft® Xbox One Controller (Wired), SONY® PS4™ DUALSHOCK®4 (Wired and Wireless), SONY® PS3™ DUALSHOCK®3 wireless controller, Logitech RumblePad™ 2, Logitech™ Dual Action™


Q: What languages are supported on release?

A: You’ll be able to play the game in:

Text/Audio - English

Text Only - French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian-Portuguese, Polish, Russian*

*Russian localization available on Windows only.  Upcoming patch will add Russian localization to consoles.

*Traditional Chinese and Japanese planned for release in an upcoming patch for all platforms.


Q: What’s the cost of the game?

A: You can pick it up from Steam, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for $29.99.

*PS4 distribution is delayed in in several regions. 

Q: Will there be any DLCs in the pipeline for >observer_?

A: There currently are no planned DLC.


Q: Will there be a soundtrack available for >observer_?

A: Yes! Find it on here on YouTube!



Q: Can I sync my save game files through Steam Cloud?

A: Yes.


Q: When will the game be released on Mac and Linux?

A: The Mac and Linux versions are currently in development, but we have no timetable for release at this moment. We will make an announcement when a release date has been solidified.
