Update: As we continue to look into the issue, we’d like to offer an exchange to our players affected by SimCity: Complete crashing on macOS 10.13. It has also been temporarily removed from the Mac App Store until an update is released. At this time, we do not have an eta on when one will be available.
If you’ve already purchased the game and are unable to qualify for a refund from the App Store, please send in your proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to exchange the game for an Aspyr title of equal or lesser value from the Mac App Store or Steam.
We will be looking into an update for the game as we assess catalogue updates to address the 32-bit/64-bit support issues incoming with the macOS version after High Sierra.
We are seeing a lot of users with problems playing SimCity Complete Edition after updating to MacOS 10.13.
So far, our QA team has only been able to replicate the issue on Intel GPUs.
