Civilization V APP STORE: Unable to purchase expansions or DLC.

If you are running OSX 10.6.8, downloadable content will not display in the game guide launch menu.  You will need to upgrade your operating system from OSX 10.6.8 in order to purchase the DLC.  Apple is offering OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) as a free upgrade.

If you are running OSX 10.7.5 or later:

If you click the "buy" button or Restore Purchases option and nothing happens, this is a traffic issue. There isn't anything we can do about this, and you will just need to attempt purchasing later.

Sometimes logging out of your account and restarting your computer will resolve this problem.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have purchased a Map Pack, you can access the DLC in the New Game/Set Up Game/Advanced Setup menu under the Map Type drop down selection.
