Please keep in mind that some download and activation issues are traffic related and simply require a little patience. If patience does nothing, we generally recommend:
Try logging out of your Mac App Store account and restarting your computer. Relaunch the game and select Restore Purchases in the In App Purchases menu to log back into your account. Your downloadable content should then show up properly within the game.
If the problem continues, OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET with your system information attached to it.
-click on the apple icon in the top left of the screen
-select 'About this Mac' -click on 'System Report'
-When the System Information pops up, click File/Save
-Save it in .spx format
-Attach the .spx file to that ticket
