We're seeing this issue when Avast or LookOut anti-virus apps are installed on devices.
First, make sure KOTOR is not App Locked. Launch Avast, go to App Locking, and make sure KOTOR is not checked.
To disable Avast, go into Settings > Application Manager > Select Avast Mobile Security > and select Force Stop or Uninstall.
