Civ. 6 iPad: Game reset after updating or purchasing and installing DLC

We have been seeing some people with various issue after updating the game or after installing DLC.

This can easily be fixed by restoring your purchases.




If this doesn't help: 

Usually, a restart of your device will solve this issue.


If not, make sure you have in-app purchases turned on.

These Steps work for everyone that has contacted me about this issue:

1. Restore purchases.

2. Hard restart your device.

4. Sign out of the AppStore and restart your device and sign back in.

3.  Update your iOS version.

If you have tried the following steps and the issues still exist, I recommend pursuing a refund from the Appstore.
