Common Windows PC Troubleshooting

Freezing? Crashing? Controller not Working?!  Try these Windows specific tips first to get you back in the game in no time!

  • Disconnect all bluetooth and USB devices besides your keyboard and mouse from your PC and restart your computer.
  • Then, click the 'START' (Windows symbol) from the bottom left corner of your screen and type in %temp%, then press Enter.  Clear out all of the contents from that folder. 
  • Next,  press ctrl+alt+del to open your Task Manager. Open the Processes tab and end all processes that are not Windows required besides Steam. 

STEAM GAMES ONLY: Right click the Steam game from the Steam Library menu and select Properties. Under the Local Files tab, select Verify Integrity of Game Cache. Once that completes, relaunch the game.
