In-App Purchases are not unlocking/downloading
Make sure you have at least 8GB of available storage and are connected to a stable wifi connection. Then try the following workaround:
- Log out of your App Store account
- Restart your device
- Log back into your App Store account
- Launch Civilization VI
- When prompted, select Restore purchases.
You may need to try this multiple times in order to get the purchase to verify. If the issue continues, please try reinstalling the game.
My2K Sign in/Connection Issue
This typically occurs when you have signed into the same 2K Account in Civilization VI on multiple devices/platforms within a certain period of time. For instance, you cannot be signed into the same 2K Account on iOS and Mac versions at the same time.
You will need to close Civilization VI on all other devices except the one you are currently playing on. If you see this error while no other devices are active, try waiting 15 minutes before signing into your 2K Account again.
Civilization VI iOS crashes on unsupported devices
Civilization VI is a resource intensive game. As a result, older models of iPhone and iPad may be incompatible. If you’re experiencing crashes, please ensure that your device is supported and running iOS version 11.4.1.
