If you're not hearing audio in game, please check that the mute/silent button hasn't been accidentally been switched on. If you’re not sure where the mute button is located on your device, take a look at this article.
For newer iOS devices without a switch, Mute is controlled via Control Center (swipe up from the bottom edge of the iPad). If the Bell image is Blue, then your device is on Mute.
