Q: How much does Civilization VI cost?

A: Civilization VI is available on Steam for $59.99/€59.99/£49.99

 

Q: Is Downloadable Content available for Civilization VI?

A: Yes! You can browse and purchase the available downloadable content from the Downloadable Content menu on the launch screen.

 

Requirements

 

Your computer must meet ALL of the minimum system requirements below in order to maximize your Civilization VI experience.  If you run the game on a computer below the system requirements, you will experience severe performance issues and crashing.

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 16.04 / SteamOS
  • Processor: Intel Core i3 530 or AMD A8-3870
  • CPU Speed: 2.93 GHz
  • Memory: 6 GB
  • Hard Disk Space: 15 GB
  • Video Card (NVIDIA): GeForce 650
  • Video Card (ATI/AMD): Not Supported
  • Video Card (Intel): Not Supported
  • Video Memory (VRam): 1 GB

NOTICE: ATI/AMD and INTEL video cards are NOT supported to run Civilization VI Linux

 

Gameplay

 

Q: Which languages can I play in?                                

A: You’ll be able to play the game in (Interface/Audio/Subtitles) – English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Portuguese (Brazil) is supported only for interface and subtitles.

 

Q: Can Linux and Mac/Windows play multiplayer?

A: At this time, multiplayer is only available between Linux players.
