Before you submit your report
Before submitting a bug report please check out our common troubleshooting steps guide.
If the issue continues after following the steps in that article, file a Bug Report with us by selecting “Submit a request” at the top of this webpage and then select "Report a Bug" in the ticket form.
Filling out your report
When submitting a report, here are the most useful questions to answer:
- How many times have you seen this bug?
- Does your bug happen in a specific location, level, or game mode?
- Does your bug prevent you from progressing through the game?
- Any non-default game/system settings?
Save files, Screenshots, Crash Logs, and System Information can all be helpful for investigating bugs. Attach any relevant files to your Bug Report, when possible. Here are some guides for getting those files:
After your ticket has been submitted, you will get a confirmation email letting you know that we've received your bug report.
After a brief review period, you will receive an automated message that your bug report has been logged. When a Bug Report is marked as Solved this means that the bug has been logged in our database.
