Before you submit your report
Before submitting a bug report please check out our common troubleshooting steps guide.
If the issue continues after following the steps in that article, file a Bug Report with us by selecting “Submit a request” at the top of this webpage and then select "Report a Bug" in the ticket form.
Filling out your report
The most useful information for our team to have when analyzing bug reports is your system information, along with a description of what the bug is and how you encountered it. The best way to get that info to us is in the form of your System Profile (Mac) or DxDiag (Windows). Check out the link below for how to get that:
Below are some questions that should help our team locate the bug in question:
- How many times have you seen this bug?
- Does your bug happen in a specific location, level, or game mode?
- Does your bug prevent you from progressing through the game?
- Any non-default game/system settings?
Finally, save files, screenshots, and crash logs can all be helpful for investigating bugs. Attach any relevant files to your Bug Report, when possible. Here are some guides for getting those files:
After your ticket has been submitted, you will get a confirmation email letting you know that we've received your bug report.
After a brief review period, you will receive an automated message that your bug report has been logged.
Notice: Replies to Bug Reports are automated and tracked in a database.
When a Bug Report is marked as Logged this means that your Bug Report has been logged in our database.
If you need to speak to an agent for troubleshooting, select "General Troubleshooting" in the ticket form.
