Bug Reports are the best way for you to alert us to in-game issues. Any info you provide is passed along to our Support and Development teams. We use these Bug Reports to help us track and identify issues across our entire catalog of games, and then squash any bugs as quickly as possible.
Before you submit your report
Before submitting a bug report please check out our common troubleshooting steps guide. A lot of issues can be resolved by going through these simple steps, so we highly recommend starting here. If the issue continues after following the steps in that article, file a Bug Report with us by selecting “Submit a request” at the top of this webpage.
Filling out your report
When filling out the request form, make sure you select "Report a Bug" under the “What can we help you with?” drop-down field. Fill out the remaining fields as accurately as possible to get your bug report in front of the right people!
Once you reach the "Description" field, add any relevant information about the bug's behavior. Here are some questions to try answering in this section:
- How many times have you seen this bug?
- Does your bug happen in a specific location, level, or game mode?
- Does your bug prevent you from progressing through the game?
- Any non-default game/system settings?
Certain files can help speed up our investigation as well. Save files, Screenshots, Crash logs and System Information can all be helpful. We encourage you to attach any relevant files to your Bug Report, when possible. You can use the guides below if you don't know how to locate these files:
Once you've filled out all the above and attached your files, your bug is ready to submit! You should get a confirmation email afterward confirming we've received your bug report.
